Vintage 50’s atmosphere
built with today’s steel technology.
Ed Long’s Web Steel building "kind of evolved," as
the ideas for what he wanted to use it for grew. What
the 36’x60’x10 Vaulted Clearspan Truss
building evolved into is simply the "ultimate
entertainment center."
Built by Ed, his dad and a nephew, the building features
a party room with a 50’s style soda fountain
and movie theater complete with a sound booth, stage
and antique theater seats from the 1920’s. A
three car garage, full bath and office round out this
multi-purpose building. Ed used vinyl siding and a
composition roof to match the building to their home's
exterior.
Ed, who owns an HVAC business, purchased his building
through our commercial lease-to-own program. The building
is used for his business, church youth group parties,
music concerts, and of course, the annual Super Bowl
party, which 150 people attend.
